Susan Huen is Chief Product and Training Officer & Responsible Officer at
AMG Financial Group. Before joining AMG, Susan has been working in the insurance industry over 20  years, including AIA and Sun Life, holding management roles in the areas of bancasurrance and brokerage support, customer service and quality assurance.

She has solid experience in serving distribution channels and Bank partners including CITIC International, National  Australian Bank, China Construction Bank and Citi Bank, responsible for developing and enhancing sophisticated support and training to the banks, succeeded in helping  business partners to expand High Net Worth business.

Ms. Huen currently also serves as the President of LOMA Society and a member of the Vocation Training Council Insurance Training Board.

Susan has obtained a Bachelor in Business Economics (First Class Honours) and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Psychology in the UK.
